Cherie Homa joins HighBank Advisors

Baltimore, MD – HighBank Advisors www.highbank.com, a Baltimore-based mid-market investment bank and financial advisory firm, announced today that Cherie Homa has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking.
Ms. Homa possesses over 15 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience serving a broad range of industries including online marketing services, human resource services, technology and software, and technology-enabled services companies. Her experience covers the full range of advisory services including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, strategic assessments, board advisory assignments, restructurings, and valuations.
Prior to joining HighBank Advisors Ms. Homa was a Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, and held various positions including Head of Investment Banking and Head of the Technology, Media and Services team.
