Dennis W. O’Neill

Managing Director

Mr. O’Neill is a Managing Director at HighBank Advisors LLC. Mr. O’Neill possesses over 12 years experience serving a broad range of clients. Mr. O’Neill began his career as a transactional attorney working at the international law firm of WilmerHale for 8 years. With WilmerHale he specialized in public and private equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions for a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, manufacturing, biotech and life sciences, aviation, and education.

Prior to joining HighBank, Mr. O’Neill was a Senior Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, a leading middle market investment bank. At KPMG Corporate Finance, Mr. O’Neill was responsible for all firm contractual manners and was one of two permanent members of the firm’s New Business Approval panel. Mr. O’Neill also served on the firm’s Opinions Committee which reviewed and approved all fairness and solvency options. As the functional Head of Risk Management, Mr. O’Neill was responsible for the firm’s policy and procedures and internal controls, including overseeing the communication and relationships with the firm’s external examiners (FINRA and SEC).

Mr. O’Neill earned a B.A. in Political Sciences from Villanova University, and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America.
